What People's Say About Place

This is a quaint coffee shop. I was helped by Louis - super chill and was v helpful with recommendations. Had the berry mini waffles and cappuccino. For sure a repeat again. The only feedback, I have is that their couches looked pretty run down and had stains.. not a deal breaker but it’s a bummer given the food & service was so good. Hence the 4 stars.

If you’re genuinely picky about coffee, you know the frustration. Small shops can be wildly inconsistent. One day great, the next day forgettable. That’s exactly why Cips Coffee stands out for us. The difference is Mario. Every time we walk in and see him behind the counter, we already know what we’re getting. A well-executed cup of coffee. His technique and attention to detail is solid. Our drinks are always delivered extra hot, exactly the way we like them, which is rare and very much appreciated. No bitterness or sourness in the pull. More than that, the quality is repeatable when he's behind the bar. Anyone can make one good cup. Mario makes them every time. It genuinely feels like finding a hidden gem. If consistency, execution, and respect for the coffee matter to you, Cips Coffee is worth your time. And if Mario’s working, you’re in very good hands.

Love coming here with my daughter. Tasty pastry and super tasty coffees. Also regularly buy here packages of freshly roasted and ground coffee for home. Sedona blonde roast is my and my wife's favorite!

I had the tiramisu, which was not too sweet and had a nice creamy texture with a strong coffee flavor. I also had a cold brew with some cream, and it was honestly some of the best I’ve had, the flavor had great depth, wasn’t too acidic or sour, and was the right amount of bitter. The ambience is perfect, great for studying, working, or talking, and the music is not blasting like most other coffee shops. It is also very clean, definitely a very inviting space. The only thing that wasn’t particularly pleasant was the man who took my order - maybe he was having a bad day, he was just a little rude - but everything else more than made up for it! Overall, very pleased with the experience :)

This coffee shop is a great spot with a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, along with a nice range of breakfast items. The presentation is thoughtful—hot drinks are served in a cup and saucer, adding a touch of charm. The Chai Tea Latte was perfectly balanced, and the White Chocolate Latte was simply superb. Definitely a must-visit place!

Stumbled upon this place on google after my sister and I were out shopping. I didn’t want to go to my usual Starbucks with overpaid pastries and figured to give Cips a try (literally down the street from Target, Walmart, and Starbucks). I got a vanilla latte and honey nut mini waffles (OMG A MUST TRY but there are other variations of the mini waffle and a great menu selection) while my sister had the açaí bowl. When I say that my sister and I throughly enjoyed our food/drinks!!! Like I’m already excited about coming back and trying something else on the menu. Was almost done with my food by the time I realized I didn’t get a picture but next time.

Cips! Very cute and modish coffee shop Great place for studies, work and a perfect cup of coffee (lowkey location)

This was a cool spot. Very quiet and chill spot, perfect for studying or just sitting and reading or writing. The staff are what appears to be a couple of high school aged kids, but their customer service is great. They even brought me my food which I didn't expect. Now, the food and drink were good. For a drink I just got a simple iced peach white tea which was sugar-free just how I like it and tasted great. The cactus rose can drink I got was also good. I was just curious to try it out and wasn't disappointed. The mini Belgian waffles they had was a perfect lil snack. I really liked the very berry one cuz I enjoyed the fresh berries that went with it. It was nice that they didn't drench it in syrup but gave it to you on the side so you can get the right amount of sweetness as you wanted. Overall, great place, especially if you're looking for a more quiet cafe to spend some time
